Residents

Residents may be either owner or non-owner tenants. The current ratio of occupancy is 25% owner and 75% non-owner. Residents are all bound by the terms of the lease as well as the policies set by the Board of Directors.  Non-owner residents will typically deal with a letting agent in the event of any issues with their apartment.  All residents should take note of any issues impacting the building and common areas and notify either their letting agent or the Board of Directors immediately.
