Owners

Owners are also shareholders and members of the Management Company. Owners may be resident or non-resident. Owners and their tenants are bound by the terms of the Lease as well as the policies set by the Board of Directors.  Owners are required to pay an annual service charge to cover the communal operating costs of the buidling.  The service charge budget is presented to the owners by the Board every year at the Annual General Meeting held in October.  All communal costs, including service charge and any scheduled major works, are apportioned equally between the four apartments.
