Each apartment is allocated one designated parking spot.  Guest parking is not permitted. A maximum of four cars is permitted in the car park at any one time, with the exception of tradesmen who are performing work on the building at the request of the Management Company.

If you require additional parking spaces, you may be eligiable to apply for a residential parking permit and/or visitor vouchers in Zone D, South Town Centre.  ​Zone D is a one permit zone which allows two registrations numbers to be printed on the permit allowing it to be used between two vehicles in the household.​​
