Company Policies
Parking
Each apartment is allocated one designated parking spot. Guest parking is not permitted. A maximum of four cars is permitted in the car park at any one time, with the exception of tradesmen who are performing work on the building at the request of the Management Company.

Bike Sheds
​Each apartment is allocated one bike storage shed located in the car park. All personal effects must be stored in the bike shed or apartment. No personal effects are permitted in the communal areas of the building, including the lobby and the car park.

Cellar
Each owner is allocated a space in the cellar for storage of personal effects. No hazardous or flamable materials may be stored in the cellar. The Company bears no liability or responsibility for and damage or theft that may occur to items stored in the cellar. Tenants are not permitted to use the cellar.

Fire Escape
The rooftop pathway from apartment 24C and the circular staircase from the rooftop to the ground level are part of the fire evacuation path and must be kept clear of all objects and obstructions. The Fire Escape should not be used for general ingress or egress to Flat 24C.

The Lobby
The communal lobby, including the staircase and landing leading up to apartment 24C must be kept clear of all personal effects.

Recycling
The blue bin is for recycling. Do not bag your recycling. The other bin is for general waste. Do not put glass, textiles, or cartons in either bin. These items must be recycled elsewhere. Please refer to the West Suffolk Council Recycling and Waste guides for more information. Failure to comply with these guides may result in the bins not being collected.
