Directors

The Board of Directors currently consists of five owners who take a hands-on approach to maintaining the high standard and quality of the property, The Board adheres to the regulations as set out in The Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 and follows professional guidance in accordance with RICS Service Charge Residential Management Code of Practice and The Property Institute's Residential Property Management guidelines including complying with UK health and safety standards.
